Why we built this

Most visitor systems shipped in the last decade assumed a receptionist behind a locked-down iPad. Real gates look nothing like that. They are guarded by security staff on their own phones, in the rain, dealing with a mix of guests, cabs, deliveries, and contractors — all at once.

Visits Record is built for that reality. Visitors check in from their own phone by scanning a QR poster. Guards approve on the phone they already own. Admins get audit-grade records without buying kiosks or negotiating enterprise contracts.
